New Semi Automatic Altech Almatic Labeler for Labelling of Self-Adhesive Labels

The semiautomatic labelling agregat has been predestined for reliable and easy functioning for manual loading of the product into the labelling position by the machine operator. After loading of the container the operator activates the control lever. Almatic then provides the rotation of the container and applies the label to it until complete adhesion has been achieved.

The Altech Almatic self-adhesive label applicator is capable to apply labels up to 200 mm width onto cylindrical containers with diameters raning from 25 mm up to 110 mm. For labelling of different container types and sizes the machine will be equiped with corresponding change parts. The format part change over can be done fast and easy thanks to some simple sliding levers including block pommels.

Due to the optimized ergonomics of the Almatic labeling system as well as available comparison templates the Altech Almatic label applicator allows for precise labeling. This makes it also easier for maintaining manual operation and exact container placement. The label supply unit feeds the lables with a speed of approx. 12 meter per minute. This means that label application can be done within a very short time.

The unwind unit to this handy labeling system has been designed in an industry friendly 280 mm diameter unwind unit. A paper traction facility, a tensioning arm for correct label tension as well as a  silicon rewinding unit asure highest reliability and continued precision of the labeling process.

The Altech Almatic labelling system can be delivered with additional and optional labeling devices in order to increase machine performance. For example a sensor for detection of transparent labels is available on request. Also a hot foil printing unit can be ordered with the labeling machine. It can apply important data like expiry date or lot number onto the label and increases the value and application range of this Altech labeling system.
